Our play gym birthday parties are packed with fun, movement, and smiles—and the best part? Your party package can be customized to fit your little one’s interests and needs. You bring the cake, we bring the fun! 🥳🎂

Basic Birthday Party Package: $325  

 

  •  1.5 hours private rental of ENTIRE gym/playground for up to 20 kids.      

  • Private party room for use during first hour of your party.                                 

  • Party table with 20 kid size chairs.       

  • You are welcome to bring decoration and/or food of choice (no alcohol allowed on premises)

  • Building Clean-up provided by PlayWorks staff.                                     

  • ​Party host available to help with any needs during your celebration.

Deluxe Birthday Party Package: $575

(includes Basic B-day package plus theme)​

  • 1.5 hours private rental of ENTIRE gym/playground for up to 20 kids.      

  • Private party room for use during first hour of your party.                                 

  • Party table with 20 kid-size chairs.                                                          

  • Your Choice of party theme decor: Bluey, Toy Story, Tonka Truck, Fireman, Unicorn, Circus, Barnyard, Mickey/Minnie, Mermaid, Racecar, plus more                           

  • We take care of decorating space for you with theme of your choice    

  • table cloths, plate, forks , napkins decor and balloons included.              

  • You are welcome to bring food of choice (no alcohol allowed on premises)

  • Your Choice of Platinum Party theme: PlayWorks Princess Palace              Big Top Circus                          Pajama Spa Party                               

  • We take care of everything - you just show up!!

  • Princess Palace includes enchanted dinner party with cupcakes and drinks

  • PJ Spa Party includes all spa essentials with individual spa stations along with cupcakes/drinks 

  • Over-the-Top theme with designer decor throughout space. The party your friends will talk about!!

  • 30 Cupcakes with icing color of your choice. Water bottles/juice boxes

  • 20 goodie bags for your guests

Reminder that we are a Therapy Clinic throughout the week so please leave a message/email if we do not answer; we are in therapy sessions the majority of the day but will get back to you as soon as possible.

**Early entry to building before scheduled time is not guaranteed.  We have multiple parties in a day.  We try to have building cleaned and stock as quick as possible.  We will do our best to get you in at least 5 min prior to scheduled time - but this is not always possible.  Please plan accordingly if you think you need extra time to set up.  Have your guests arrive at a time that works best for your schedule. (example: building time starts at 10:30 maybe have your guests come at 10:45)

​RULES

  • Waiver form must be completed for each child before entering.

  • Each Child must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

  • Food and beverages are only permitted in party room.

  • Gum, Lollipops, or other very sticky candy is not permitted.

  • Don't forget to adjust guest arrival time according to how much time you need for set up.  You can NOT get in building early. 

  • Party guests will be allowed to enter at the designated party time.

  • Alcohol is not permitted.

  • Confetti is not permitted.

  • You will be given 15 minutes notice prior to end time. If your party exceeds end time, you will be charged a $50 dollar fee for each additional 20 minutes

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

FEES

  • 50% deposit is due to confirm reservation and is non-refundable if canceled within 72 hrs of scheduled event

  • The remaining balance will before scheduled time of the event.

  • A clean-up fee of $50 will be charged if food is found on playground equipment. All food and drinks must remain in designated party room area. 

  • A fee of $150 dollars will be charged for damaged equipment of any kind.
